Using one ReminderIt account across Claude on several devices

Connect Claude to ReminderIt across your devices and see the same reminders everywhere, while each connection keeps its own key you can revoke alone.

Plenty of people run Claude in more than one place: a laptop for work, a desktop at home, the app on a phone. The good news is that ReminderIt is tied to your account, not to any single device, so your reminders follow you.

One account, many clients

ReminderIt lives with your account. Connect Claude on a second or third device using the same https://mcp.reminderit.com connector and sign in with the same ReminderIt login, and each one reaches the very same set of reminders.

There is nothing to export or copy between machines. Sign in on each and they all look at one shared account.

Each connection gets its own revocable key

Although the account is shared, every device that authorises gets its own per-client key. So your laptop and your phone each hold a separate credential, listed individually at reminderit.com/api-keys.

That separation is a feature. Lose a device or stop using one, and you revoke just that key. The others keep working without interruption.

What stays in sync

Because everything reads and writes the same account, a reminder you create on one device is immediately visible on the others. Usage counts against the same pooled monthly allowance no matter which client scheduled the call.

Free accounts get 5 calls a month and Pro gets 70; that pool is shared across every device, so there is no per-device quota to juggle.

Example: start on desktop, finish on your phone

On your desktop, ask Claude "Set a reminder to take the bins out on Thursday at 7pm, Europe/London." Claude confirms the time zone and calls create_reminder.

Later, on your phone, open Claude and ask "What have I got scheduled this week?" It runs list_upcoming and the Thursday bins reminder is right there. Change your mind on the move with "Move that to 8pm" and Claude calls update_reminder against the same account.

Managing device access

Treat reminderit.com/api-keys as your device roster. Each authorised client is an entry you can revoke on its own, which is the tidy way to remove an old laptop or reset one flaky connection.

Add a new device the same way you added the first: point it at https://mcp.reminderit.com and sign in. A new key appears, and your reminders are instantly available there too.
