Terms of Service

This Service is provided by NVS Ventures, the Indian software company operating the ReminderIt product and brand at reminderit.com ("NVS Ventures", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using ReminderIt, you enter into these Terms with NVS Ventures. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ReminderIt places automated voice calls and sends WhatsApp messages to remind you of tasks you schedule. Delivery depends on third-party telephony and messaging networks and is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis.

ReminderIt is not a medical device and must not be relied upon as the sole safeguard for critical medication, treatment, or any safety-critical task. Always keep independent backups for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm.

You may only schedule calls and messages to numbers you own or are authorized to contact. You agree not to use ReminderIt for spam, harassment, marketing, or any unlawful purpose. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and verify your phone number before scheduling reminders.

If you add another person as a care-recipient, you represent that you have their permission to contact them, and you are responsible for that contact. We require the recipient to confirm by phone before reminders are sent, and they may opt out at any time. The "not a medical device" disclaimer above applies equally to reminders you set for someone else.

Paid plans and credit packs are billed through our Merchant of Record. Usage is metered in real cost. Free accounts are limited as described on our pricing page. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NVS Ventures is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed or delayed reminders. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk to our telephony and messaging accounts.
