Agreement
By creating an account or using ReminderIt, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
ReminderIt places automated voice calls and sends WhatsApp messages to remind you of tasks you schedule. Delivery depends on third-party telephony and messaging networks and is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis.
Not a medical device
ReminderIt is not a medical device and must not be relied upon as the sole safeguard for critical medication, treatment, or any safety-critical task. Always keep independent backups for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm.
Acceptable use
You may only schedule calls and messages to numbers you own or are authorized to contact. You agree not to use ReminderIt for spam, harassment, marketing, or any unlawful purpose. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and verify your phone number before scheduling reminders.
Plans, billing & usage
Paid plans and credit packs are billed through our Merchant of Record. Usage is metered in real cost. Free accounts are limited as described on our pricing page. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReminderIt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed or delayed reminders. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk to our telephony and messaging accounts.
Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ReminderIt is established. Contact: [email protected].
