Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our Merchant of Record, which also handles applicable taxes. Your plan renews automatically until cancelled.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page or by contacting support. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and then downgrades to the Free tier. We do not delete your reminders on downgrade, but limits then apply.
Refund window
- If you are charged in error, contact us and we will correct it.
- New subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of the initial charge if you have not consumed a material amount of usage.
- Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but we review requests in good faith.
Credit packs
One-time credit packs are consumable. Unused balances generally remain available while your account is active, but purchased credits are non-refundable once usage has begun, except where required by law.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from your account email with your order details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
