Calling & Messaging Consent / Opt-out Policy

What you consent to
When you create an account and verify your phone number, you consent to receive automated voice calls and, as a fallback, WhatsApp messages from ReminderIt to your own number, for the reminders you schedule.
Only your own number
You may only set reminders to numbers you own or are explicitly authorized to contact. We verify ownership of your number with a one-time code before any reminder can be scheduled.
Frequency
You control how often we contact you — calls and messages happen only at the times you schedule. There is no marketing content; reminders are utility messages about the tasks you set.
How to opt out
- Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message to stop all sends.
- Toggle Pause all sends in Settings at any time.
- Delete individual reminders or your entire account.
Opt-outs are honored immediately and globally.
Compliance
This policy supports compliance with applicable regulations governing automated calls and messaging (for example, TCPA in the US and WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy). Availability varies by region.
