Frequently asked questions
Is it a real phone call?
Yes — a real call to your mobile number, not a notification. A natural-sounding computer voice (not a person) reads your reminder, and it rings like any other call.
Can I choose the voice?
Yes. Send “voice” on WhatsApp, or open Settings → Voice & language on the website. You can pick the voice, language, personality and speaking speed, and play a sample before you choose.
How many calls do I get?
The plan includes 70 reminder calls a month. The 7-day trial includes 7 calls (3 if your number is in a country where calls cost more). Subscribers can add extra calls anytime, from $0.15 a call.
What if I don't pick up?
The reminder arrives on WhatsApp with Done and Snooze buttons, and we call once more about 5 minutes later — unless you've already tapped Done.
How do you verify my number?
Messaging us on WhatsApp is the verification. Signed up on the website? Tap Verify with WhatsApp — or choose “Call me with the code” and we ring you with a 6-digit code.
How much does it cost?
It starts with a 7-day free trial, no card needed. Then there's one plan: $7/month (₹299/month in India), with annual and 2-year options.
