How it works

    Connect your calendar

    Open Settings → Connections and tap Connect Google Calendar, or send “connect google” on WhatsApp. Using Apple or Outlook? Paste the calendar's secret iCal link.

    Choose what calls you

    Google Calendar calls you 10 minutes before each event. With a calendar link you choose: all events, all-day events and birthdays, or events with a keyword — and how early.

    We keep it in sync

    Events in the next 60 days become reminder calls. Move or delete an event and the reminder follows.

What happens to your events

  • Dentist at 4:00 PM

    With Google Calendar connected, your phone rings at 3:50 PM.

  • Dad's birthday (all-day event)

    A call that morning, at the hour you chose for all-day events.

  • Only events with “call me” in the title

    Set a keyword on a calendar link and just those events ring you.

  • An event moves to Thursday

    The reminder call moves with it.

Good to know

  • Read-only access. We never add, edit or delete anything in your calendar.
  • Google Calendar connects directly and rings 10 minutes before each event in your main calendar.
  • Apple, Outlook and other calendars connect with their secret iCal (.ics) link, where you choose which events call you and when — at the start, or 5 to 60 minutes before.
  • All-day events and birthdays from a calendar link ring at an hour you pick.
  • Each calendar call counts toward your plan's calls, like any other reminder.

Frequently asked questions

Will ReminderIt change my calendar?

No. Access is read-only. We read your events to schedule calls and never add, edit or delete anything.

Does it work with Apple Calendar or Outlook?

Yes, through the calendar's secret iCal (.ics) link. Paste it in Settings → Connections → Calendar sync. Google Calendar can also be connected directly.

Will every meeting call me?

With Google Calendar connected, every event in your main calendar rings you 10 minutes before. Want fewer? Connect it with its iCal link instead and choose all-day events and birthdays only, or events that contain a keyword.

How far ahead does it look?

Events in the next 60 days. Changes in your calendar are picked up automatically.

Do calendar calls cost extra?

No extra fee — Calendar connections are included in the plan. Each call counts toward your 70 calls a month.
